Our organisation has been using ExtraFax for over 8 years with great success. Our users love the simplicity of being able to send and receive faxes, digitally, with out having to leave their desks and stand over a fax machine. We have also successfully used Extrafax to assist us in meeting PCI Compliance requirements as we do receive credit card orders through faxes.
Extrafax is extremely easy to install and configue. Once it is up and running you can set it and forget as it works as advertised with little or no administration overhead.
The service and support we receive from Extracomm is by far the best. Never has a question gone unanswered.
I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking to implement a digital fax solution which fully integrates with their Lotus Domino/Notes infrastructure.
